Our friend (from grade school for Mike; from high school for Stacee) Heather, who lives in Iowa, surprised us with a visit yesterday! It's a funny story -- remind me to tell you sometime.
We stayed up too late talking and getting caught up after Xander went to bed. Clare slept last night from 6pm until 7am, with just two short breaks to eat. Amazing, this kid. Here's Heather, Mike and Clare just before we had to say our goodbyes after lunch today.
It's no exaggeration to say this is mostly what Clare has done all day: sleeping in the swing, sleeping in her bouncy chair, or sleeping in our arms.
