Clare tried rice cereal for the first time this week.

Poor Clare. We're sticking to our "no TV before two" rule for her, so she has to play behind the chair. Heh. This is gonna get tricky once she becomes mobile. (Caveat: Please ignore all chaotic house photos; we are nowhere near being settled into the new place.)

Cute birthday shirt from Grandma Liz and Grandpa Charlie.

Something tells me Xander's going to be less than thrilled when our new furniture arrives and the living rooms loses all its empty boxes.

This week we checked out the incredibly awesome Hands-On Children's Museum in downtown Olympia. Thanks to Grandma Mary, Aunt Rachele, and Cousin Troy, we have a family membership.

Xander absolutely loved it. I suspect we'll be spending a lot of time there.

He broke in his new scooter from Grandma Mary this week. We can't keep him off it.

Still loves his tricycle from Grammie Eve and Grandpa Bill, too. I didn't get a picture of it this week, but he also tools around our neighborhood on his bike from Grandpa and Grandma Harger. No doubt about it: he loves his new neighborhood.

She's got this cereal thing down. Ready for bananas!

I fear that this smirk is a glimpse of the teenage attitude we have to look forward to.

And finally, a shot of the new house (for Heather!).
