We stopped in Portland on our way to the coast and visited our favorite book store.
Then Xander watched Michael stock up on his favorite coffee beans.
The rest of the drive was long.
Xander loved exploring the beach house when we (finally) arrived.
Mike bought us three yummy desserts at Papa Haydn's in Portland -- one for each night of our stay.
Xander got a bunch of new books at Powell's.
