Amazing how much easier it is to get Xander to eat whole wheat pasta(or, well, any pasta!) if we hand him a set of kiddie chopsticks to use.

We all went to Block Fest this morning at the local community college. Many of Xander's preschool friends were there, too.
They were more interested in the climbing structure than the blocks, actually.
Clare learning to negotiate with kids her own age, which she actually doesn't get a lot of opportunity to do.
After Block Fest we saw the Seattle childrens' band Recess Monkey play.
Walking to the car after the show. Xander loved it and did a lot of dancing, while Clare sat quietly on my lap the entire time, but rarely took her eyes off the stage.
