Xander and Clare

At Harvest's pirate-themed birthday party last Sunday. Arrgh!

We surprised Xander with a bunch of Halloween decorations for the outside
of the house this week (Michael suggested we get some, after Xander
began taping up dozens of little felt construction set pieces he got from Grammy
Eve as his own decorations outside his bedroom door). He was so happy with
the results that he just wanted to take a chair outside and sit and enjoy them.


I volunteered in Xander's kindergarten class for the first time this week,
so snapped a few pictures of the classroom for the grandparents to see.

Xander lost his second tooth last night while he was sleeping!
He had the presence of mind to drop it into his Kleenex box for
safekeeping until morning.

She clearly doesn't share Xander's concern about getting water in his eyes.
