Sledge Family Zingo Tournament.

Xander's been wanting flip-up sunglasses like all the baseball players
wear for years. He finally just made his own.

Preparing for a big speech last weekend.

Right after getting beaned (on accident) by one of Xander's baseballs in the back yard.
She had a little goose egg, but she's a tough girl and bounced right back.

Bounce bounce bounce!

I took the kids to the Westside Cooperative Preschool end-of-year
barbecue yesterday afternoon. We had a great time. Sad to realize it was our
last function at the school. (Clare is going somewhere else this fall.)

X quickly realized he's just way too big for the preschool bikes.

So he went and played with the big kids instead.

They made up some sort of game where one boy threw a football and tried to hit
the others. If you caught it, you got to throw next.

Clare went with me today while I did my (last) volunteer weekend clean-up at the preschool.
She loved having the whole place to herself.
