It's always so fun to see all the Christmas cards from previous years all together.
Crazy cloud photo from our back yard. Just because.
Xander pretending to be a football coach on the sidelines.
Xander is going to miss our neighbor Josh so much when he moves
to Montana for college next year.
Clare and Emerson's school schedules clash now, so we hadn't seen him
in months. They were so happy to hang out again!
Pre-game excitement.
At the line. Xander ended up scoring, I think, five points in this game.
(And, um, the final score was a loss of 9 to 15 -- so not bad!)
Bringing the ball back.

Oh how the kids laughed at this old photo I came across this week.
Holiday cards for their teachers.
Clare is suddenly really into drawing and cutting out characters
(people and animals) that are giving hugs. This is me. Obviously.
You'll just have to trust me that both of our kids are in this photo
from the Winter Sing-Along Concert.
Knocking down dominoes with Soheil.

I was in Xander's classroom helping them build gingerbread houses.
Cool crossword on the classroom ceiling.
Building (and wearing the awesome elf hat Grammy Eve sent).

Mr. Z had on quite the ugly Christmas sweater. Santa on a dinosaur!
Xander's finished creation.
Classmates and teammates.
Our neighbors are so great. They showed up at Xander's game on
Saturday -- and Josh brought this sign to cheer on X with.
These two weirdos.
Probably the last time they'll share X's room on a school break.
Clare is all set to get the bunkbed moved into her room soon.
Xander did a fun two-day basketball camp this week
at Bellingham High School.
I took the kids out for our annual Christmas lights drive.
And then we all watched "A Christmas Story" for the first time.
Definitely a hit.
