Xander and Cade pulled out our old hoop to make the world's smallest full court in our driveway.

Celebrating our friend Stacy's birthday in one of my favorite Bellingham back yards.

There's no such thing as too much basketball.

Clare had her six-month orthodontist check-in (while we wait for it to be time for braces). X-rays proved it: time to have some baby teeth pulled.

Clare and Michael love to take their bikes down to the bay.

We snuck out for a quick date one recent Sunday afternoon.

Clare and I at the March for Our Lives in front of City Hall.

Xander instagramming his lunch at Nate's Wings & Waffles in Seattle, as they made their way to Portland for a Celtics/Trailblazers game.

Another Celtics fan gave X this bracelet before the game.

When your kid wants to watch a (bad) movie, but you can't miss March Madness.

Making breakfast for dinner.

Post-volleyball practice pizza with Anya (and Tony).

Xander and his team for this years Hoops for Heart.

All of Mr. Chung's students who participated.

It was wacky Wednesday and a female classmate put X's hair into pigtails.

Just before four top teeth came out. It was not a good experience, but Clare soldiered through bravely.

Recovering with a "Friends" marathon.

Mariners Opening Day 2018!

Now with Xander's favorite: Great State Burger.

This is the ninth year in a row they've gone to Opening Day.

Amazingly, they ran into Michelle, who had Flat Patrice with her!

The boys have seen Patrice at every Opening Day, but this year she's serving in the Peace Corps in the Ukraine.

A Seattle basketball tournament often means a quick Starbucks stop (or two).

Leaving their first game, which was an amazing back-and-forth with a team they've been blown away by in the past (a team that ranks 21st in all of Washington State). They ended up losing by 6, but it still felt like a win.

Refueling between games.

Waiting for their third game of the day to start.

Post-tourney pizza in West Seattle.

Clare and Michael spent the evening celebrating our friend Sara's birthday at the Winters, so naturally "Left, Right, Center" came out. Clare won $29!

Clare recently stopped believing in the Easter Bunny (and Santa), so I thought I was being clever by hiding their baskets in the dryer (as a consolation prize for no eggs hidden around the house).

Ready to search!

Xander went directly to the dryer and found them instantly. Don't ask me how he knew, I thought I was being sneaky...
