Clare's Day Out With Thomas

Clare and I had tickets to a Day Out With Thomas event
up toward the mountains east of Seattle on Sunday.

She requested I take these photos of her with some of her
favorite Thomas trains.

Loving the bouncy house.

The train of the hour.

Oh look, playing trains, just like she does every day all day at home.

We got to take as short ride with Thomas pulling the cars.

We rode past the Snoqualmie Falls.

And stopped high above this gorgeous view of the Snoqualmie River.

Getting a Diesel 10 tattoo. (She asked me to get a Rosie one before we left.)

Clare and Thomas together.

She wanted to ride this little utility car thing
(sorry, don't know what it was called -- Grandpa Charlie would know!)
We were just kind of sitting out in the open and at first she was afraid
she'd fall out.

As we got moving, she relaxed a bit.

And I daresay she was even more excited about this ride than the
slower one with Thomas.

Such a cute little railway museum.

More playing with trains.

She was very excited to climb up into this old steam engine.
"Mommy, this is where they put the coal."

Dancing her way out of the event.
