Making funny faces for Michael's phone.

She was very proud of putting together this outfit.
(That's a teddy bear Santa suit.)

Copying Xander.

Proof that Xander will happily do yard work, especially if it's
in the neighbors' yard.

Have a cold, watch TV. That's the remedy at our house.

Michael was out of town last weekend, so the kids talked me
into taking them for donuts on Sunday morning at Top Food.

Caterpillar!

Grammy Eve sent a bunch of yummy treats. The kids loved them!

Xander wears cut-up socks on his arms to copy
the arm thingies the ballplayers wear.

Luckily I found some real wristbands for him for his birthday.
He'll probably prefer the socks.

Clare very much wanted to go as a bat for Halloween this year.
I finally found the exact costume she wanted on eBay.

It's still baseball weather around here. No rain since July!

A boy and his bat greet the day.

Clare out for a long bike ride.

She stopped to pick up this very important leaf.

Suddenly we have a pirate around the house.

Arrrgh! (Except she pronounces it "Ire!!!" and so instead of acting scared,
I just keep laughing every time she does it. Which fills her with, you know, ire.
So at least it's working on one of us.)
