This is how we spent the morning of the last day of Christmas break.
Rajon Rondo doing his homework in our study.
Clare woke me last Sunday morning all decked out in her version
of "sports gear" for a game she and X were going to play that day.

I told her to give me "big eyes," but she instead gave me something
more like "psychotic."
Much better. :)
Clare has a standing date with her preschool buddy Emerson
on Wednesdays, when her school has early release. He gave her
this fantastic belated Christmas gift this week.
Xander's basketball practices have moved to the
elementary school around the corner from our old house.
This is where he would have gone to school if we'd never moved.
All dressed up Friday for wear-your-Seahawks-gear at school.
Clare came home with a very loose tooth.
She was very stressed out about it, but once it came out
Saturday morning, she was all smiles again.
Watching the big game at the Roselli's.
Alyssa measuring Clare's height.
The Sledge ladies went to see "Charlotte's Web" this afternoon
at the Neighborhood Playhouse.
Clare was so excited for her first play and chose the very front row
to sit in.
Refreshments and intermission.
Watching the Golden Globes opening monologue
before we shooed her out of the room.
(But not before Xander was scandalized by hearing "the b world.")
