I can guarantee that 10-year-old Xander is a perfect, tidy reflection of 10-year-old Michael; my room was never, ever that clean -- and X's always is.
He even needs his desk to be organized just so.
Clare had a blast at her friend Jena's birthday party.
When I arrived to pick her up, she had transformed into a fire-breathing dragon.
Watching the Iowa/Iowa State game. Go Hawks!
No idea. :)
The kids and our neighbor Syd thoughtfully let the entire cul de sac know how old I was about to be turning.

Again: No idea. :)
Birthday bacon and Seahawks gear. Go Hawks!
Celebrating my birthday with a birthday hat of her own.
All decked out and ready to cheer on our team.

Someone finally tried out the jet tub in our master bathroom. Apparently, it's fantastic.
Fall ball has begun!

Clare all decked out for a day of exploring with Wild Whatcom (and with Anya, who we stopped to pick up along the way).
Snagged these next couple shots from the Wild Whatcom website. The girls had so much fun!
Exploring Clayton Beach.
We had the Rosellis and our neighbors over for the Seahawks game on Sunday.
Clare is loving her Lego robotics after-school program. She built this moveable, motorized Lego contraption all on her own.
