Michael took Clare to her first big rock show -- St. Vincent at the Moore Theatre in Seattle.
While we hung out at Kate and Jessica's and measured how much taller Xander has grown.

Listening to St. Vincent.

I didn't know what else to do to get Clare out of bed, so I snapped a picture and threatened to put it on social media. ;)

A little post-basketball pizza party.

And then right back at it the next morning.

Our Super Bowl decorations.

Not even a little bit interested in the game.

Such great kids and such a fun party. Already planning to do it again next year!

Xander went with me to Costco and was rewarded with pizza and frozen yogurt.

Aunt Rachele is here!

I had to work on Friday, but here are some of the photos Rachele snapped while they were all out on San Juan Island.

Xander played in a weekend tournament with a new team, made up of all the boys on his D-BLOCK team that will play at the same high school in a couple of years. Aunt Rachele got to watch a big win over a Lynden team.

Heading to Clare's basketball game on Saturday morning.

This one is scrappy!

What a fun season.

We headed to Blaine and while Michael and Rachele ate oysters at the place to go, we had ice cream. Everybody wins.

S'mores time!

Lots more basketball on Sunday; the boys ended up winning three games out of five, beating a tough team in overtime.

Meanwhile, Aunt Rachele spoiled Clare (and made it possible for Clare to miss some of the basketball-watching.)

Too young for a tattoo?? ;)

Xander made pancakes for dinner.

Rachele drove Xander to school on Monday morning and stopped at Starbucks on the way.

She and I also popped up to campus so she could see where Michael works.

We got a sneak-peak of what will soon be his new office -- look at that view!

One last night with Aunt Rachele, playing cards and watching the Olympics.

Haircut!

Clare re-organized her bookshelf and was very proud of the results.
