| On the road again...Oregon and California, here we come! |

| Spent our first night in Portland and had dinner at a fantastic local brew pup. |

| Followed by ice cream and Salt & Straw. |

| We hit the Nike Employee Store the next day. (Here, Clare's trying on the very same style of Nikes I wore to sixth grade!) |

| They didn't have the shoes X was most hoping for, but both kids still left with plenty of goodies. |

| Next stop: Lunch in Eugene with Tim at his favorite place. |

| Xander was so in love with his new basketball shoes that they kept coming out of the box in our hotel in Klamath Falls, so he could fawn over them. |

| We tried to get to Crater Lake two summers ago, but wildfires closed down part of the park. This time, we got to drive all around it and climb down to the water. It was worth the wait. Just the most stunning spot. |
