Summer baseball, Father's Day, meeting Russell Wilson & Isaiah Thomas

Last day of school = tossing our your grubby lunchbox!

We celebrated Father's Day by trying out the brand new Melvin Brewing.

Clare was captivated by the old Kung Fu movies playing in a loop on the tv behind our booth.

Father's Day, 2017

X's last basketball tournament before the boys head to Orlando for their season-ending games.

Pre-game batting practice with Coach Dan.

X and Lex. :)

Clare's first ever, official, at bat.

With our good buddy -- and Clare's coach -- Chris.

Alyssa and Xander racing each other around the bases after the game.

X and C had games at the exact same time and place later that week -- convenient, since we were all the way up in Blaine.

A little backyard catch.

Squalicum basketball camp for X and a bunch of his D-Block buddies.

Watching Xander play.

Checking out books at the library.

Michael took Xander and a couple of his teammates down to Tacoma for the annual Zeke-End Tournament, where they met some of their favorite NBA players and Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson!

Getting Russell Wilson's autograph.

Meeting his favorite: Isaiah Thomas. X has grown quite a bit since first meeting him, two years ago:

The one, lonely carrot that came out of Clare and Michael's patch this year.

Post-baseball Menchie's.

The kids with our neighbor Fiona, the day before she moved.
